I first met this sweet couple a few months ago for their maternity session, which I had waaaaaaay too much fun at. Kristi, also an artist with a fabulous eye, had lots of fun ideas and was a blast to collaborate with prior to her maternity session.

I feel very blessed to have this opportunity to meet so many wonderful people and Kristi and Jeremiah are truly a kind and loving couple that I am so thankful to have met.

9-hours before sweet Lilyana was born, I received a phone call from Kristi letting me know that they would be heading to the hospital that evening to begin the process of meeting their daughter. I was ecstatic for her and loved hearing the excitement in her voice that she was going to meet her baby girl for the first time. 8-hours later, their {new life} entered the world.

Precious Lilyana was such a joy to photograph and I absolutely love that we were able to capture this Before Baby and After. Enjoy!

I love my family. And I love getting together with my family over the holidays. It is always an incredibly busy time of year for me, of which I often wish would just slow down. But when we finally arrive at our destination for the holidays, it is so relaxing to be able to step away from the computer long enough to get a little R&R.

This sweet family contact me about a month ago to capture the rare opportunity of all of them being together for Thanksgiving. I love the opportunities that I am given to help document moments for families and always feel very honored and blessed to give the gift of memories. I feel very blessed to do what I do and meet so many wonderful people. And Gavin’s Mommy & Daddy are one of the many people that I feel so blessed to have met and now call “Friend.”

I first met little Gavin when he was 6-weeks old, as he arrived 4-weeks early and spent much of that time in the NICU… So it was so much fun to see him again for his Baby’s First Year – 6 Month Session and see how much he has changed!! He is SUCH a cutie with the most adorable smile! His Daddy was also a fantastic help getting Gavin’s bubbly smile to appear! ;) Just look at this face… I mean, really?! Could this little guy BE any cuter???? Enjoy this fun sneak peek from his session!

Valerie and her husband are new to the area and contacted me about a month ago about photographing the {new life} that they are expecting in December. Being from California’s dessert region, one of their requests was for the beautiful fall colors that are so vibrant right now and WOW did we luck out with an incredible day! We had to reschedule the week prior due to {obviously} rain… So I was crossing my fingers and toes for a dry day for them and we ended up getting a beautiful blue sky, warm afternoon, and happened upon a FABULOUS location with beautiful trees. I also must mention, Valerie was 33-weeks at the time of her session and looks AMAAAAAAAAAZING! She has the cutest little bump! I can’t wait to meet their sweet little angel in December! Here’s a fun sneak peek from their session. Enjoy!
