I always feel very honored when families ask me to take their portraits… And that feeling is 10x stronger when a fellow photographer and artist asks me as well.

I first met the beautiful, sweet, and talented Amanda a little over a year ago through Facebook. She is an incredible designer and creates some of the most beautiful bonnets and products for newborn photographers that I’ve ever come across. Her business name, lilian grace creations, was named after her two beautiful and precious daughters.

I had such a wonderful time meeting up with Amanda and her family for their portrait session today! Here’s a sneak peek! Enjoy!

Summer comes and goes QUICKLY!

Every fall I receive numerous (and frantic) emails regarding booking family portraits for Christmas cards and gifts. And every fall I sadly have to turn clients away due to last minute scheduling. Booking now will ensure that your session is reserved and that you will also have plenty of time to order and receive those precious images for holiday gifts and cards.

Their story is what movies are made of…

They met on Mount Rainer… After summiting and descending back to camp, they became lost and separated from their group. The mountain quickly became dangerous as white out conditions moved in. Jared guided Diane over mountainous crevasses and built a snow shelter to protect them from the cold. With one sleeping bag, they huddled together and spent the night on the mountain praying for their lives…

Their story is what movies are made of… and their love is what many dream for…

I so enjoyed photographing Diane & Jared’s wedding day and feel so honored that they invited me to document such a beautiful and intimate part of their lives.

This was a really special photo shoot for me. It has been almost 4 years since I last saw my cousin, Tiffany and it was so fun to catch up! She and her beautiful family were out visiting from Minnesota and I was very honored when she asked me to take their family portraits. I was a little worried at first with the “Juneuary” weather we were having, but the sky was kind to us that day and kept the rain at bay. Here’s a fun sneak peek from their session! Enjoy!
